Rats 2.0: The Online Update!

Rats now supports online play! Simply host a game from the menu and send the lobby IP to your friend which they enter on the connect screen! This will work whether you are on the same network or not. Also, the lobby IP is not your actual IP, so you do not have to worry about giving it out.
